Program Overview

The ND Nursing Program at Standard College of Nursing Sciences, Minna, is a comprehensive course designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills needed for a successful career in nursing. Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the following requirements to enroll in the ND Nursing Program:

  • UTME Requirement: Minimum score of 140 in the 2025 UTME and selected Standard College of Nursing Sciences, Minna, as first choice.
  • Age Requirement: Candidates must be at least 16 years old at the time of application.
  • Educational Requirements: Five O'Level credits in WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB, including English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics, in not more than two sittings.
  • O-Level Combination: WAEC-WAEC, WAEC-NECO, NECO-NECO, or NABTEB-NABTEB.
  • Additional Requirements: Medical fitness certificate and birth certificate or age declaration.

Note: Candidates with awaiting results are not eligible to apply. All documents must be ready at the time of application.

Application Process

Apply for the ND Nursing Program through our secure online portal by following these steps:

  1. Change of Institution: If you didn't select us as first choice, change to Standard College of Nursing Sciences, Minna on the JAMB portal.
  2. Create an Account: Register on our application portal using a valid email and phone number.
  3. Complete the Form: Provide accurate personal, educational, and UTME details.
  4. Pay Application Fee: Pay ₦3000 (₦2000 for Post-UTME and ₦1000 for Screening/Verification) via the portal's secure payment gateway.
  5. Upload Documents: Submit O'Level results, UTME result, and other required documents.
  6. Submit Application: Review, submit, and print the application slip.

Post-Submission: Shortlisted candidates will be required to upload credentials for an e-screening exercise. Check your application status on the admission portal.

POST UME APPLICATION

To begin your POST UME application, please read and accept the terms and conditions below:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR STANDARD COLLEGE OF NURSING SCIENCES APPLICATION
  1. Entry Requirement: Candidates must have scored a minimum of 140 in the 2025 UTME conducted by the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) and selected the Standard College of Nursing Sciences, Minna, as their first choice.
  2. Age Requirement: Candidates must have reached the age of 16 years or above at the time of application. This is mandatory requirement for all prospective students.
  3. Educational Requirement: Minimum of 5-credit O-level (WAEC/NECO/NABTEB) in English, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics and Biology in not more than two sittings.
  4. O-Level Certificate Combination: WAEC-WAEC, WAEC-NECO, NECO-NECO and NABTEB-NABTEB.
  5. Application Fee: ND Candidates are to Pay Non-refundable Fee of N3000 Naira (2,000 Naira for Post-UTME and 1000 Naira for Screening/Verification) via the application portal.
  6. Method of Screening: Computer Based Test (CBT) covering English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Current Affairs.
  7. EXAMINATION: There will be no physical examination. An E-screening eexecises will commence on the 28TH September, 2025 – 4TH October, 2025. Candidates should endeavor to print the registration slip which carries their examination Date, Time and Venue. Present the original Post UTME Registration slip on the screening day.
  8. Candidates with awaiting result are not eligible.
  9. Note that any falsification of information will lead to disqualification of application, thus, ensure that the information provided are correct and true.
