Standard College of Nursing Sciences was established in Minna, Niger State, beginning as a School of Nursing with a commitment to quality healthcare education.
Received full accreditation from the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN) for Basic Nursing and Basic Midwifery programmes.
Expanded programme offerings to include Post-Basic Nursing, Community Nursing, and Community Midwifery. Modern simulation labs commissioned.

Upon successful completion of all requirements, graduates register and obtain a professional license from NMCN, renewable every 3 years.
Complete all ND/Basic Nursing requirements with approved minimum CPGA.
Successfully complete all phases of supervised clinical work experience (SCWES).
Submit required case studies and complete the research project component.
Pass the Computer-Based Test (CBT) pre-professional examination.
Pass the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria Professional Examination.
