Fully accredited by the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN), these programs combine rigorous theoretical instruction with hands-on clinical training to prepare graduates for leadership in healthcare.
Post Community Nursing equips nurses with skills in general nursing, focusing on acute and chronic care, health promotion, and disease prevention across diverse settings, enabling them to serve as RNs in hospitals and communities.
Post Community Midwifery trains midwives to deliver comprehensive maternal and neonatal care, including safe delivery, postnatal support, and family planning, preparing them as RMs to reduce maternal and infant mortality.
Who is Eligible? Registered Community Nurses (RCN) or Registered Community Midwives (RCM) with a valid NMCN license and five O’Level credits in relevant subjects are eligible. See detailed criteria below.
