The ND Nursing Programme at Standard College of Nursing Sciences, Minna is a comprehensive, fully accredited course designed to equip students with the theoretical knowledge and hands-on clinical skills needed for a rewarding career in nursing and healthcare delivery across Nigeria and beyond.

Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for admission into the 2026/2027 ND Nursing Programme, candidates must satisfy all of the following requirements:

  • UTME Score: Minimum score of 140 in the 2026 JAMB UTME, with Standard College of Nursing Sciences, Minna selected as first choice institution.
  • Age Requirement: Candidates must be at least 16 years old at the time of application.
  • O'Level Credits: Minimum of 5 credits in WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB β€” including English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics β€” in not more than two sittings.
  • Accepted Certificate Combinations: WAEC-WAEC, WAEC-NECO, NECO-NECO, or NABTEB-NABTEB.
  • Additional Documents: Valid medical fitness certificate and birth certificate or age declaration affidavit.
Important: Candidates with awaiting O'Level results are NOT eligible to apply. All documents must be ready and verifiable at the time of application.

    Create an AccountRegister on the application portal using a valid email address and active phone number. Keep your login details safe.

    Complete the Application FormAccurately fill in your personal information, educational background, and 2026 UTME details.

    Pay Application FeePay the non-refundable fee of ₦3,000 (₦2,000 for Post-UTME + ₦1,000 for Screening/Verification) via the portal's secure payment gateway. Bank charges may apply.

    Upload Required DocumentsSubmit your O'Level results, 2026 JAMB result, birth certificate, and passport photograph as prompted.

    Submit & Print SlipReview all information carefully, submit your application, and print the application/registration slip. Bring it on screening day.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS β€” STANDARD COLLEGE OF NURSING SCIENCES APPLICATION 2026/2027
  1. Entry Requirement: Candidates must have scored a minimum of 140 in the 2026 UTME conducted by the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) and selected Standard College of Nursing Sciences, Minna as their first choice institution.
  2. Age Requirement: Candidates must be 16 years of age or above at the time of application. This is a mandatory requirement for all prospective students.
  3. Educational Requirement: A minimum of 5-credit O'Level passes (WAEC/NECO/NABTEB) in English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, and Biology, obtained in not more than two sittings.
  4. O'Level Certificate Combination: Accepted combinations are WAEC-WAEC, WAEC-NECO, NECO-NECO, and NABTEB-NABTEB only.
  5. Application Fee: ND Candidates are required to pay a non-refundable fee of ₦3,000 (₦2,000 for Post-UTME and ₦1,000 for Screening/Verification) via the application portal. Bank transaction charges may apply.
  6. Method of Screening: Computer-Based Test (CBT) covering English Language, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Current Affairs. The screening is conducted entirely online (e-screening).
  7. Screening Dates: The e-screening exercise will commence from October 6, 2026 to October 12, 2026. Candidates must print their registration slip which contains their examination date, time, and venue. Present the original Post UTME Registration Slip on the screening day.
  8. Awaiting Results: Candidates with pending or awaiting O'Level results are NOT eligible to apply.
  9. Accuracy of Information: Any falsification or misrepresentation of information will result in immediate disqualification of the application. Ensure all provided information is accurate and truthful.
  10. Data Privacy: Information submitted during the application will be used solely for admission processing purposes and handled in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

No. Candidates with awaiting O'Level results are not eligible to apply. All required O'Level credits must be completed and verified before the application deadline.

Shortlisted candidates will participate in an E-Screening (CBT) exercise. You will also be required to upload supporting credentials β€” including SSCE, Birth Certificate, State of Origin Certificate, Secondary School Testimonial, and a recent passport photograph.
